Who we’ve worked with

  • "Eliana Oropeza has been a crucial asset to our organization as an evaluator by providing accurate summarization of data collection and entries, recommendations on how to meet deliverables and goals, and has provided us with trainings that help further our work. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Eliana and I am glad to recommend her services."

    Joseph Fuentes, Youth Leadership Institute

  • "Oropeza Consulting has provided evaluation services for our Tobacco Prevention Program since March of 2022. Eliana is always prepared with a meeting agenda that keeps us on task with our grant workplan. Evaluation reports are thorough and completed on or ahead of time. She is professional and pleasant to talk with during meetings. We don’t know what we would do without her."

Bhavvy Ducharme, Program Administrator Community Wellness, Mendocino County Public Health Department

  • "In June of 2023, we decided it was time to seek out a new evaluator for our Local Oral Health Program. We didn’t need to look far since Oropeza Consulting had been doing an excellent job with our Tobacco Prevention Program for over a year. Lucky for us Eliana also had experience with the state’s oral health grant. Her knowledge of evaluation methods is comprehensive. So easy to work with."

Angela Wartell, Local Oral Health Program Coordinator, Mendocino County Public Health Department

  • "Working with Oropeza Consulting to provide education on the implementation of SB 793 to law enforcement agencies was a highly collaborative and productive experience. Their expertise in community outreach and training ensured that our efforts were both effective and impactful. We greatly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to advancing public health initiatives. I would highly recommend Oropeza Consulting to any organization seeking support in training, and community engagement."
